Hey community today we found our one youth pet care doggy the other one still missing but we know who the guy is we also received a donation of cat food from the spca and we also animals with vaccination thank you to rescue obsessed for always assisting all the animals in and around lavender hill and they spay day turned into a clinic day we will only be spaying 15 animals so we know there will be more 15 so we bought some dewormer wound spray ivomec and thick.grease and we waiting on our food donation received from springfield convent school and we will also be dipping so everyone will.be happy so please everyone is welcome

Today was another busy day for youth Pet Care and Steenberg Paws Maurice Mesias we dip some dogs then we helped an old lady with her doggie then we went to feed some
pigs but as we arrived the humans started eating the pigs food we also saw some goats and dogs but we didn't have anything to give them now we making this post to make everyone aware of this animals needing our help we Will also be dipping the dogs and the pigs and goats we also saw a sick piglet that needs medical attention but we need your help to cover the vet treatment so that we can take the pig to the spca help us do more we not here just for cats and dogs we here for every living creature but we need your help to do so much more vet account details down below and the work that we do help us help them by donating or volunteering thank you in advance

STOP WALKING DOGS BY THINGS ATTACHED TO THEIR NECKS.

It is not hard.

You can really hurt them, and it makes their walks so much less enjoyable for them too.

How would you like being strangled every time you need a p**s?

Use a harness.

They will NOT encourage your dog to pull. A dog can pull on anything if they set their mind to it.

Training teaches them to not pull.

Not aversive equipment.

Aversive equipment teaches them they can still pull, just on things that hurt.

And that YOU make them wear these things.

You can actually make them become more anxious and/or aggressive by using equipment that is causing them discomfort or pain.

If you need help training, ask.

There are so many reasons why I actively tell people to use a harness. NOT a collar (except for if they need somewhere for an ID tag, never for walking on), NOT a slip leash and NONE of those other horrid contraptions like shocks and prongs.

No, no, no. Just stop it.

Good day and a happy Saturday for lavender hills animals all thanks to long beach vet shoo thank you to the anonymous genorous donor God bless you for blessing us every second week and thank you Alan for always being willing to collect and drop at anytime of day or night Alan and I we planning to start our night feeding in lavender hill soon and we will be starting to have regular Dip days too please pray for us and wish us luck

Good morning our fabulous animal lovers.
Firstly I would like to thank the most amazing kindhearted animal lovers to help keep our humble shelter open.
New month means we start all over again.
We are desperate for dog pellets, we only have 2 days left
Please could you find I t in your heart to help the golden oldies here at the shelter. They eat 15 kgs of dog pellets a day.

They have been rescued from horrific situations.
They are aged 8 years to 17 years old.
