These are the pups currently in foster needing homes
The gorgeous little Macy has settled so well into her foster home. We are uplifing her sister tomorrow when her mom goes in for steri. Amazing to see what a few days of good food and care can do.
Mali Update
A Sunday walk between cloud bursts for Tatu our 3 legged boy, Mali who has taken her change of lifestyle in her stride and Harper. They are all looking for homes so please contact Jacks Rescue to meet them. The donations for Mali kennel went towards kennels for dogs in her street as per the previous photo as well as her vet, Steri and kennel fees🫣
She is a very gentle easy going dog so please look at giving her a forever home. Video courtesy Jacks Rescue .
This is advanced distember - its now neurolofical and the dogs fits and fits and often the screams they emit just terrible. When its at this level we can do nothing to help them. We push hard for vacination clinics as R 100 a vac to prevents this, This owner has 4 unvacinated dogs - chances of the other 3 going the same way 100 % as its so contagious, They refused to sterilise wanting to breed, now we have to help them else we get another distemper outbreak. Please please vacinate your puppies. all 3 vacs to prevent this, This pup went in to be euthanised - very sad end to the day. We have an option of a primary Vet clinic to start soon which is going to help prevent this if all comes together. Sleep softly little one.
Rusty
The old old Shepherd Rusty getting all the love and care from Yvonna - so amazing to see how much he has improved and to know he finally has such love and kindness in his life. Thank you Yvonna and all that support us.
Such a gorgeous video from Jacks Rescue who is homing the Jack Russel pups - this one found a new home and a very big new sister, Amazing how gentle she is with her. Going to be a feisty pup when older.Thank you Abigail for looking after them so well
Dinner Time
The new pups in foster definetly like their new food. Thank you Abigail for helping I know they keeping you very busy and thank you Royal Canin for the food.
There is nothing better than kittens playing. The pretty calico has discovered toys - what a life she is now living, far from the cold wet gutter she was found in.
Cindy with the bionic leg is finally putting weight on it - if you had seen the crushed bone the vet had to work with you would know its quite a miracle. She is looking so happy. Thank you to Dr Morne at Cottage vet and Jeanne for taking such good care of her. Our vets bills make our eyes bleed but when we see this it makes it worth while. So wonderful to see her so happy.
Thank you Jacks rescue and Michelle Baker Mohr for helping with these two. So happy that they are finally safe
Whn words fail you - in this weather how can a person do this.
