Here we are, dragging ourselves through our endless to-do lists, while these furry legends are living their best lives - 16 hours of premium shut-eye a day, perfectly alternating between the sunny spot, the sofa, and that expensive bed I bought that they only use when I'm trying to make it.
They've mastered what we humans call 'work-life balance' - except their version is 'nap-snack-nap' balance. No alarm clocks, no "just five more minutes," no caffeine needed. Just pure, uninterrupted, guilt-free sleeping.
End of year burnout? They've never heard of it. Meeting deadlines? Sorry, can't, busy being curled up in a perfect circle. Holiday stress? Please hold while they take their seventh nap of the day.
Maybe they're onto something... Perhaps 2025's resolution should be to reach this level of professional relaxation. Might start identifying as a pet, tbh. 🐱🐕💤

Watching them discover modern technology is like a blooming circus - cats attacking their own reflections in tablets, dogs barking at vacuum cleaners like they're alien invaders, and let's not forget the whole lot of them trying to catch those red dot thingies on the wall.
