FUN DAY 15 DEC 2023 RESULTS

Thank you to everyone that took the time to join our Annual Fun Day. This day is held to honour our dogs,these very special beings that are intertwined with our everyday busy lives,yet love us so unconditionally .We had 96 dogs attend,and to have that amount of dogs on one field is by no means an easy task, however, these superstars and their owners were phenomenal and behaved impeccably.( and I mean the dogs) For this alone,I congratulate you all. Thank you for the wonderful spirit in which you all entered on the day and I was incredibly proud to see how well your dogs performed in all the events. The Fun Rally is particularly hectic as 60 dogs ( 10 dogs per team ,6 teams) all compete against each other at the same time. You can imagine the noise and chaos factor that occurs at this time from everybody cheering for their teams,yet these dogs just showed up and handled it like pros,just wow, so incredible 👏 😍 👌 When it came to the Fun AGILITY Relays,these dogs ran their hearts out for their owners ( who often couldn't keep up),some unfortunately a little too eager,one team in particular( so sorry POSH PETS)....so here are some of the results

RALLY FUN DAY SAT 19TH AUG RESULTS!

It was wonderful to see you all at the fun day on Saturday, and needless to say ,how proud I was of everyone and also grateful to each and everyone who gave up their valuable time to make this day successful.
There are so many people to thank,that I hope I don't leave anyone out.
Firstly to our sponsors PACK LEADER and RICKYS PET PRODUCTS. Your generous and amazing products brought a huge amount of joy to our winning handlers and thank you Laina to you and your team for being there to answer questions about your incredible products.
Secondly to Chantal Germishuis and Silvia Sringer for the hours of preparation and organizing before the event could even take place.
Thirdly, to our our Judge Mari Sparks and her dynamic team, for doing a superb job with the marathon of competitors she had to judge,and still being so kind and helpful to everyone.There were 53 entries in that class alone. A big thankyou to Silvia for educating and judging our participants in the Advance rally,and Chantal doing the same with our Newbies, I was in awe of your limitless patience.
Fourthly,all the helpers inside and outside of the ring, Karen, Angie,Lorraine ,Tracey, Ingrid and our professional photographer Luke Sandler.
Lastly,obviously to thank you and your fantastic dogs for being brave enough to come and try Rally. I hope that we can help to grow this sport in the Western Cape and that many of you will be tempted to enter shows in the near future.
