Last but definitely not least, our "East Rand Special" and awesome boss Dr Tanya took had her turn in the UWT and she absolutely smashed it! Thank you to all the vets who were happy to have a giggle and put ego aside in the name of a great cause. 20 cats from Capetonians Against Animal Abuse - CAAA will be sterilized at Blue Cross Veterinary Hospital with the money we raised. Two down. Two to go! This time, it was Dr Bernhardi's turn to have his charity walk in the UWT! After Dr Kerry's performance, the bar was set high, and he really didn't disappoint. Ladies First!!!!!
Our recent fundraising campaign at APR_AHAH was a lot of fun and we successfully raised ZAR4000.00 towards the awesome sterilization drive spearheaded by Blue Cross Veterinary Hospital as part of their 100-year celebrations. This means four lucky vets will be taking a walk in our UWT over the coming weeks and Dr Kerry was the first willing participant. Thank you Dr Kerry, not only for stepping up first, but for giving it absolutely everything in the tank. Dr Kerry's lovely dog Drake was also very happy to be involved.
The money raised by APR_AHAH will help Blue Cross to sterilize 20 cats from Capetonians Against Animal Abuse - CAAA and we are thrilled to help such an awesome organisation.
