Ladies First!!!!!
Our recent fundraising campaign at APR_AHAH was a lot of fun and we successfully raised ZAR4000.00 towards the awesome sterilization drive spearheaded by Blue Cross Veterinary Hospital as part of their 100-year celebrations. This means four lucky vets will be taking a walk in our UWT over the coming weeks and Dr Kerry was the first willing participant. Thank you Dr Kerry, not only for stepping up first, but for giving it absolutely everything in the tank. Dr Kerry's lovely dog Drake was also very happy to be involved.
The money raised by APR_AHAH will help Blue Cross to sterilize 20 cats from Capetonians Against Animal Abuse - CAAA and we are thrilled to help such an awesome organisation.

At APR_AHAH, we are very excited to participate in the upcoming celebrations at @blue_cross_vet for their 100th anniversary!!
One way that Blue Cross will be marking this amazing milestone will be a worthwhile sterilization drive through registered animal NGOs.
To show our support, we have set the Blue Cross vets a challenge - for every ZAR1000.00 we raise towards this cause, a vet must take a walk in our UWT, just as our patients do during their therapy sessions.
To ensure that we help Blue Cross with their awesome initiative and that the vets face our challenge head-on, we are asking for small donations to this great cause.

Awesome job with stability exercises from Lola, especially because she only regained the ability to walk within the Las few weeks following her spinal surgery!
Bijou is one tough little Yorkie! She had spinal surgery near the end of last year and patella surgery at the beginning of 2024 and still,she manages to do her land exercises like nothing's happened. Go girl 🐾.
Gus is definitely the most relaxed and best Feline walker we've ever had in the UWT. He has bilateral patella luxation and really benefits from hydrotherapy and laser.
