Our NEW Mobile Education and Clinic Trucks are a lifeline for animals in under-resourced communities, providing essential healthcare and saving countless lives. To keep our mission moving forward and ensure the best care for vulnerable pets, we’re in need of vital equipment and supplies for these amazing trucks. Outfitted with 2 consultation rooms each, both trucks now need specialised equipment to allow our veterinarians to do their work.

Meet Bruno, a solid and striking boy with a stunning chocolate-coloured coat and captivating amber eyes. This handsome hunk is ready to conquer the world with his sleek moves and irresistible charm.

Although Bruno was previously adopted, he sadly found himself back at TEARS as his family found him to be a bit challenging and didn’t have the time to dedicate to him. However, Bruno refuses to let that bring him down. He has won over many a heart at the shelter, always greeting people he knows with exuberant tail wags and a contagious Colgate smile.

Bruno is a big and strong boy who prefers to make his own decisions but will listen to you if you make a good case. He needs an experienced dog owner who can provide guidance and understanding. While Bruno may not get along with other animals, he believes he is all the dog you’ll ever need. He relishes being the centre of attention and the talk of the town, and playing fetch is one of his favourite activities, showcasing his playful nature.

His ideal person is someone who loves adventure and is ready to take him on hikes and provide plenty of exercise. Bruno is searching for someone with the time, commitment and experience to unlock his full potential. Above all, he craves someone who will love him unconditionally and forever this time. Meet Simone de Beauvoir, a sweet and gentle cat in desperate need of a new foster home. Sadly, her current foster family is no longer able to provide her with the care she needs, and she’s running out of time at their home as they are leaving this February. We’re reaching out to all compassionate animal lovers who may be able to offer Simone a safe and loving place to stay.

Simone de Beauvoir is a beautiful, loving, and affectionate cat who does have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), With proper care, FIV-positive cats can live long, happy lives. Simone would thrive in a peaceful, loving home where she can relax and enjoy her days. TEARS Animal Rescue Clinic will cover the medication to treat Simone de Beauvoir(if fostered). If you have experience in treating FIV cats that is always a bonus.

What Simone Needs:
• A calm, indoor-only environment (FIV-positive cats should be kept indoors to protect their health)
• A loving foster or forever home that can provide her with food, attention, and comfort
• A commitment to her medical care as needed, though she is currently healthy and stable
Simone deserves the chance to live her life in a home where she’s safe, loved, and cared for. FIV is NOT a death sentence, and with your help, Simone can lead a fulfilling, happy life.
