Can I firstly give a shout out to Print Hut for giving our Claremont branch the revamp it desperately needed. We are so grateful 🙏
I am Yasmin, I manage the stores and the socials, and I’m going to answer some of the questions I get asked most often.
Are we under new management? No! It’s still the same. My role has changed a lot since opening In 2020, so I’m not always front of house anymore. These days I’m more involved with staff development and managing the three stores (and socials).
Are we a franchise? No, we are not a franchise. All my stores operate under my guidance, and I work closely with each manager on a daily basis.
Does Yasmin still have the nightcare dogs at her home? No. As much as I loved having the dogs with me, the goal was to create a dedicated nightcare space where dogs have more room, facilities designed specially for them, and where can accommodate last minute bookings. Don’t worry! Plumstead still has the same loving, homely vibes.
Can I get cheaper nightcare rates? No. We already offer discounted rates for multiple dogs and extended stays. While we would love to do everything for free, we have bills to pay and salaries to cover. We provide professional service, and our pricing reflects the level of care and expertise we offer.
Do we have a mobile service? No but we do provide a taxi service to collect and drop off dogs for grooming appointments. Please check with your preferred store to see if you fall into our wag n roll area.
Can daycare packages be used at all three branches?
Yes! Our booking system is fully integrated across all three stores, so it will automatically recognise your packages.
Am I a walker? Yes, amongst other things. We have extensive experience working with dogs, and we have designed our walks to be as safe and enjoyable as possible. Keeping our ratios small to 1:4 and tailor each walk to suit every dog’s personalities, needs and capabilities.
