Some 7/8”x 3/8” concave for our old man, and a lateral collateral ligament relief barshoe for a dressage horse. Packed about 1 1/4” in to the lateral branch for some extra width… We live in an amazing period of farriery, with all of the modern products and information available to us. But don’t be fooled and lose sight of the fundamentals of what got us to this point, because there will always be a horse that’ll find you out😊

Race filly needed a bit of help, so we cast her with 3D HoofCare hoof cast, and shod with a Royal Kerckhaert Horseshoe Factory graduated Kings Super Sound modified into a medial lift shoe by grinding the lateral branch down to level. She showed immediate improvement post shoeing and should continue to improve over the next few days…
