🦷March is Dental month Ceres Veterinary Hospital 🦷

It is that time of the year again, when we want to ensure that all our patients have a bright and healthy smile🐶🐱

During the month of March, you can bring your furry baby for a free dental evaluation (by appointment only), as well as 20% discount on all dental work that needs to be done‼️

Hills have helped us to make it a great dental month by adding one free bag of Hills T/D for the first 10 pets who receives a dental. They went even further by allowing us to have a lucky draw for 3 clients, who buys Hills food and received a dental during the month. These 3 winners will win a bag of their normal Hills food at the end of the month!

We would like to inform our clients, that we will be closed for general consults and food sales on Friday 7 March until Monday 10 March 2025, due to roof renovations👷‍♂️🚧

We will however be available for emergencies throughout this time.☎️

We will try our best to open for consultations on Monday morning at 10:00, but unfortunately it is difficult to confirm at this stage. Please keep an eye on our social media, as we will inform you as soon as we have a definite time.

We are very excited to start with the renovations !
For the time being, we would like to ask our clients to drive to the back of the practice, and enter the building from the large animal doors.
We would also like to ensure our clients that we will continue to provide the quality of service and products that you are used to .

Unfortunately, we, together with our clients, will have to adapt to certain (temporary) changes during this time. One of the biggest changes is that we will be working from the back of the hospital for time being. We are going to keep on delivering our high quality service, but we are asking that our clients please bear with us.

During this time, we will still provide you with all the same services, help and products that you have gotten to know at Ceres Veterinary Hospital.

We are very excited to let all our clients know that our staff is growing!!

We would like to welcome Sr Kayla Vosloo to Ceres Veterinary Hospital. She joined us middle December 2024, straight after finishing her studies. She grew up in Pretoria and have 2 cats, named Tigger and Mila. She loves being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for caring and giving TLC to all animals, which makes her the perfect person to watch over our furry babies.

We would also like to welcome our husband and wife team, Dr Coenie and Dr Elna Blignaut. Dr Elna qualified in 2022, did her CCS year in Worcester and worked at Robertson Veterinary Hospital in 2024.
Dr Coenie qualified in 2023 and did his CCS year in Ashton. They have a cat, named Patrys, who was a rescue, that Dr Coenie fell in love with immediately after meeting her.
Dr Elna have special interest in small animal medicine, while Dr Coenie loves surgery, although they are very excited to see what a mixed practice has to offer and to see how their interests grow.

In their free time they like to do anything outdoors, including birding, cycling, hiking etc.

We would like to welcome them to our Ceres Vet family and are excited for our clients to meet them.
We hope that they are going to have a wonderful time in our beautiful valley.🐾
