Doggobone packaging
We received feedback from the Doggobone Active Raw Food team and we are onboard with the changes to the packaging. Yes, the easy peal was really convenient, but the integrity of the product comes first and foremost. Herewith included is the response from Doggobone and we support their decision.
If you need help with the opening of the packaging, please let us know and we can give advise to easy, and mess free methods of dealing with the product.

Step 1 - Take Doggobone out of freezer
Step 2 - Cut in half (while frozen)
Step 3 - Cut off 3 of the sides
Step 4 - Pop out the frozen patty into a container to defrost.

Doing this while the product is frozen means no messy packaging.
Do not defrost in packaging.

The packaging is sealed extra well and we have informed the supplier of the difficulties in opening the new flat packs.
Please bear with us while they investigate the problem.
We have found that the easiest way currently to open the flat pack is to cut off 3 sides and then pop out the 250g whilst frozen.

Please ensure all Pets (check on neighbour's pets as well) have sufficient water and shade. Put containers of water outside for lost pets and smaller critters and birds.

We spray water into all shrubs and trees for chameleons and lizards, gechos, etc

Don't walk dogs in this heat. Paws will burn on any surface.

A Big thank you to those donated to the Tears Christmas food drive.
We added our donation and managed to deliver 80kgs of dog and cat food to Tears today.
This much needed donation goes to help keep pets fed in homes where, financially, this Christmas ,there is no money to feed pets.
Tears is full to over capacity with surrendered, abandoned and abused animals and where they normally are able to assist those animals in poorer areas, they are stretched thin as far as resources go.
Today , with the help of our customers who donated, we made a big difference for animals in need.

Hold off those beach walks! We strongly urge all dog owners to steer clear of the beaches for now. Let's play it safe and explore alternative spots like parks, sports fields, or commons.

Here's why we're raising the alarm: if your adventurous pup happens to snatch and swallow a puffer fish (yes, they can be quite curious), they might start drooling excessively. That's a big red flag!

In such a situation, there's no time to waste. Rush your four-legged buddy to the vet IMMEDIATELY.
