Perhaps:
* your training performance has plateaued

Have any of these thoughts gone through your mind?

I experienced these thoughts myself. They were paralysing when it came to training my dog because I didn't know what or how to train to overcome them and had the misfortune of experiencing decreased strength in my dog, resulting in injury.

But there is exercise and there is exercise. I want to know what muscles I am targeting and I want to know that working particular exercises in a particular way is going to get me a particular result.

Yup, I am not the type of person that is looking for "general, cross-fit training" for my sporting dog. I want targeted training. Let's face it, running my dog more or swimming my dog more is not going to cause my dog to fight a helper better. But strengthening his launch, side-step, pull-back, etc will.

Purposefully improving your dog's strength is one of the biggest positively impacting factors that WILL address all of these.
