Our Puppy-Pal Program is so important for our puppy's socialization and training. A puppy that is confident around people and able to walk on a lead has a better chance of finding a forever family. And so we need you to help us get them ready for their new families🥰

What are we looking for in Puppy Pal's? Adults who are comfortable around puppies and willing to get dirty.
And you must be able to commit 60 minutes every Thursday afternoon. Sessions will take place at the farm in Joostenbergvlakte from 4pm.

Everyone is welcome - men and women (men are especially needed since some pups need to overcome their fear).

Here is a little bit of information on this sweet girl 🥰

She is a 1 year old Female Maltese cross and yes her name is accurate in conjunction with her personality. Lola is a happy girl. She loves to play, she loves to tease and she loves hugs. She wakes up with a lot of energy and starts the morning by running around and jumping over her tired siblings, pulling on their tails to play and demanding constant attention. She loves to perform tricks and skills too by sitting, laying down, staying when told, shake, roll over and when asked to “look at me” she lifts her head with a smile on her face. She loves running like her father and playing with her toys. Lola might help you re-arrange the garden slightly, and she is a true teen who sometimes dont want to go to bed. Bath time is not her favorite thing, but if you make it quick, she will be fine. She loves her vegetables, treats and toys. But mostly she loves affection. She loves being acknowledged and praised and active. She is also very sensitive when confronted with unfamiliar things or people she would hide at first, but warms up. She does have a little bit of separation anxiety and does not like to be left alone for long periods of time. But overall she always put a smile your my face. She also says thank you by giving a lick after a meal or treat. She is an absolute pleasure to be around.
