THE HAPPIEST OF HAPPY HOMING STORIES: This is Daddy Brett and his long lost kitty, Fabio. Fabio went missing THREE YEARS AGO and Brett was completely broken. He looked and looked and looked for his beloved cat. Fast forward to this week …. Fabio was brought into our SPCA as a stray. The first thing we do with any animal brought to us is scan for a microchip. Our scanner beeped and fabio’s microchip led us to Brett. Brett arrived at our SPCA faster than a blink of an eye to be reunited with Fabio ❤️ There was not a dry eye in our reception. Everyone was crying happy tears !!!!!

PLEASE … this post shows the importance of microchipping your companion animals and also, if you find a stray cat or dog, take them to the nearest vet or SPCA to be scanned.

A previous botched job has left some of our kennel floors in a bad state. We urgently need the voluntary assistance of a handyman (or -woman) to screed the flooring and repair some minor fencing issues. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧

These kennels are not used at the moment, which significantly decreases our capacity.

All material will be provided. 🧱🚜

We bath our babies all year round with warm water in at our fixed spa and on our mobile spa, they have their own geyser. We have fresh sanitized towels and a professional pet dryer to ensure your baby is throughly dry. Regular grooming in winter is a good idea it keeps there coat healthy, brushes out loose fur, their nails are kept trimmed, they clean and are ready to cuddle.
