Today, another soul found his way to us. The way he walked… like every step was a battle just to stay upright. His body tells a story I wish I didn’t have to imagine, a deep wound on his leg, skin crawling with mange and fleas, scars in all stages of healing. I’ll never know exactly what he’s been through, and maybe that’s for the best, because the truth would break us.

But tonight, for the first time in a long time, he has a full belly and a warm place to rest. His eyes tell me he wants to fight for his life but he needs us to fight with him.

We urgently need help to get him to the vet, and we have to build him a safe healing space. Right now, we don’t have fencing or materials to even start. Without it, we can’t keep him here where he is finally safe.
Please, if you can, help us give this boy his chance at happiness and freedom. Donations towards his vet care or materials for fencing will make all the difference.

Because after all the hurt, he deserves to know what love feels like. 💛

Today, another soul found his way to us. The way he walked… like every step was a battle just to stay upright. Please don’t scroll past, our dogs are counting on us, and we’re counting on you.

We’re in real trouble. Month end has hit us hard and our food supplies are running out. The freezers are empty, and our stock of dog food is critically low.

Our rescues eat 210kgs of food every single month just to survive:
160kgs of adult food
50kgs of puppy food
Rice and pet mince

Right now, we don’t even have enough to get through the next few days. 💔

Crimson is everything a puppy should be, playful, affectionate, and full of life. She’s at that perfect age where she’s ready to learn, bond, and grow into your loyal best friend.

What she shouldn’t do is spend her puppyhood behind shelter walls. 💔 Every day she waits, she gets closer to growing up here… and no dog deserves to only know a shelter as their home.

So, we’ve been a little quiet lately… truth is, there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes. Social media can feel like a full-time job on its own, but we do love showing you exactly what Cinderella Animal Rescue is about.

Donut has been adopted!
Last night was his very first night in his new home, and his family is already over the moon about him. We weren’t sure how he’d be with cats since he’s never met any before, but we trusted his gentle nature and his new mama shared that he did amazing!

Everyone who shared his post helped make this happen, and his new family gave him the chance of a lifetime.

Our hearts are full. There’s nothing better than seeing these little ones finally where they belong.

It was a hot day, so we thought we’d treat the puppers to a nice bath... they stayed clean for exactly 2 seconds. As you can see, they take “a happy dog is a dirty dog” very literally.

Now instead of fluffy puppies, we have 4 perfectly crafted mud statues on our hands. 😂

If anyone has some old tiles lying around (and maybe even a spare bathtub 🫣) we’d love to use them to tile an area without sand. That way, we might actually keep them clean for longer than 2 seconds… maybe 3 if we’re lucky!

💔 Donut was stood up.
He had a beautiful home lined up. The home checks went perfectly, everything was ready… but on the very day they were meant to fetch him, we got the message, they’d decided to take a younger puppy that a friend has instead.

Now Donut is still waiting.

He may be a little older, but he is full of love, loyalty, and joy, everything a family could ever need. Puppies like Donut deserve happy homes too.
