Dear Charlene

Everyday with our wise and clever Sergeant is a better day. He is 3.5 months old as I write this and developing into a very big, solid and strong shepherd. He is an absolute pleasure to spend time with and we are in awe of his quiet confidence and his ability to calmly assess a new situation. He is as intelligent and sensible as a great German Shepherd dogs get and at his tender age he is already displaying good home protection skills.

We have owned many dogs including shepherds and other breed types and I think he is the first one we have ever had fall asleep in the vet waiting room! He also has a very healthy food drive and is all over a super healthy specimen. He is flourishing in his environment and is such a happy well adjusted member of our family pack which include cats and horses. He sleeps on his bed next to ours every night and is going to fill up his big shoes as co-protector of our realm. I am looking forward to sharing more with you as he develops.

Thank you for being one of very few shepherd breeders in South Africa with high standards and integrity. It’s a long and expensive undertaking to breed sound mental and physical pups. You also were spot on with matching us up with a puppy whose unique temperament made the integration into our home so smooth. Thanks to you and your hard working Haus Bende team including of course Valentino and Beau xx

Dear charlene,

I would like to thank you and haus bende for the beautiful puppy.

The professionalism and service have been world class.

It has been 2 years since I first contacted bende thinking about obtaining a puppy and you have helped me make the right choice for the right puppy at the right time regardless of it taking so long for my cicumstances to be right. Even advising in my current dogs when needed.

I also think bende is one of the most responsible breeders around that can be seen from the care of the dogs at bende.

Females have ultrasounds, heat lamps and the pens are clean and cozy when even straw for the puppies.

There is feedback every step of the way from pregnancy till the pup is delivered.

The pup came clean and no need to bath. This is a first for me. Shows the love and care given to these dogs by bende.

The pup is also very socialized and friendly. Also amazing, and shows the exposure to humans and environments before they send the pups out.

Not forgetting these are the best DDR shepherds in the country.

I suggest people must Google ddr shepherds and understand what you guys do and how lucky we are to have you in SA.

Loving the thick bone structure and heads. These dogs are special.

To future owners I say good pups like good food take time. These pups are worth the wait from a responsible professional breeder who breeds to better the line than simply make money.

I am happy and proud to be part of the bende family.

Where we came from TO where we are Now. Its been a journey.... a journey filled with many mistakes and hard lessons learned. Trials and Tribulations that tested us beyond what we thought we could handle but ultimately left us with the people who chose to stay through it all and build a better US!! Excited for the next leg of our journey - positivity, hard work, integrity pay off eventually!!!

In a world where every sport has its politics and every group has an opinion (a lot of the time never good about anyone else sadly) Stay Humble, Stay True. Stick to your Integrity and keep working hard!!!!!
