Please note Germiston Ferals are closing its doors due to personal reasons. If anyone is still willing to donate any food I will gladly drop off the food. This was a hard decision but I had to make it.
If anyone is willing to look after this small colony please inbox me. Located in Wadeville.
Thank you to everyone who supported me through the years.

Crazy Pets Ideal cat food on special. We go through 60-70kgs a month. Any donations will be appreciated. Even if you have unused catfood your cat maybe refuses to eat, we will be able to use it! We are not a non profit organization and just trying to keep head above water with the ferals we are currently looking after. They will never go back to the state they were in when we first found them. We love them dearly and will try everyday to ensure their tummies are full and new cats are sterilised to prevent more litters.

Wadeville ferals morning snack
Some of our usual kitties eating food in the cold morning.
Hope everyone is keeping warm and remember if you get cold, so are they. Please provide your animals a warm shelter if they not allowed in the house.
I started a new career at a company with a lot of stray cats. I never knew that this is a worldwide problem. I told myself to keep away from them because I fall so easily in love with animals........ and where do I find myself now? Being the cat lady at work, carrying cat food with me everyday and talking to them. And yes I gave them all names, as they also deserve to be alive just like all of us.
Us as employees got the T-N-R system into place and what a experience being part of the trapping of these babies. Feeding scheme into place (well actually just me and other 2 colleagues) which does affect our bank accounts, but its worth it.
I met incredible people in my whole process and its still a on going process, that I feel like I need to do my part as well. I want to make people aware of feral cats and the benefits it will be to take care of them.
What is a feral cat???
“- Feral cats are the result of a domestic cat being abandoned or lost and left to fend for itself. The offspring of the domestic (now considered feral) cat are usually never handled by people and become terrified. Many times, when approached by people, they will hiss out of fright. “ Humans are the problem here, NOT them!
I started to worry at night about this huge problem of cats being abandoned everywhere and I thought to myself, where do I start, this feels like I am fighting a loosing battle. But I read a quote on Facebook saying; “How can one person save a 100 cats? Easy, just spay one.” So I got inspired and my mission is at least to start with one cat at a time.
I hope just to inspire one person. If you cant save an animal, at least share the posts to make others aware. Lets get the word out there.
Each and every person working for a charity with these feral cats really inspires me. They are the kindest people you will ever meet, and I would love to be part of that. So here is my page, to at least get the word out in my area - Germiston. Starting small but hoping to save as many cats as possible.
