❣️Questions asked, and Dr. Waterman's answers❣️:

🐶Question 1: What are your hobbies?

Dr. Waterman: " I love being outdoors and mountain biking or paddling. I am happiest at home with my family and all our pets (3 dogs, a cat, 2 donkeys and a duiker)."

🐱Question 2: What aspect of Veterinary do you find the most exciting/interesting?

Dr. Waterman: "I qualified nearly 20 years ago and still enjoy a challenging stitch up and wound care and a medicine work-up. I enjoy the interaction with my patients and recently completed a diploma in animal behavior through COAPE."

🐰Question 3: What do you enjoy most about Gonubie?

Dr. Waterman: "Gonubie is a beautiful place. We live on a big property and it's quiet, close to the bush and not far from the sea and gonubie lagoon. I also enjoy working with a compassionate and supportive team at the vet practice."

🐭Question 4: What word best describes you as a veterinarian?

Dr. Waterman: "Empathetic. I always strive to do my best and to make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners."

🐹Question 5: What quote would you say best describes your journey as a veterinarian thus far?

Dr. Waterman: "Vets are not just animal doctors they are animal advocates."

On Friday a Canary visited a lady living near Astron Garage in Gonubie. The kind lady looking after this beautiful bird has been posting on Facebook to find the owner but has had no luck finding the owner, thus far.
The Canary has a brown ring around his left foot (see image). If this is your pet, please kindly give this lady a call on the following number: 082 504 5665
