Check out some our ladies working hand in hand with Wildlife Emergency Fund to immobilise and relocate elephants from Addo National Park.
This beautiful peking duck came in recently with a bad infection of her foot due to impossibly wet conditions on her farm!
Thankfully we were able to clean up the foot and bandage her up while the foot dries out and heals!
She’s quite a feisty character and joined us for a rare staff tea break!
Lots of equine work in the last few weeks for us! These happy youngsters are the next generation of winning ponies and best friends from our exceptional stud farms! Watch out for these youngsters!

Remember our rescued caracal from a farmers trap? After a few days in the hospital we moved her to one of our partners in rehabilitation Shamwari Game Reserve where after a few days of rest she was released at great speed back in to the wild.
Far away from anywhere she could get into trouble again!
What a great relief for everyone involved!

🐶🐴🐈🦓 Is your baby staying overnight with us? 🐶🐴🐈🦓
🎥 Check out some of our recent overnight guests on our patient monitoring cameras! 🎥
We are fortunate enough to have access to 24/7 patient monitoring cameras when sick animals are staying in our hospital. This means that even between our actual visits and checks we can monitor our patients.
Our cameras have low light settings for night time monitoring, two way radios to allow us to talk to our patients (and sometimes hear them talk back), lights and zooms for more in-depth checks.
For some patients we even use the motion detector settings to pick up every times the animal moves on the case of animals that are at risk of seizures or getting anxious overnight. These motion detector alerts get pinged to the whole team on duty that night to allow us to make sure everyone’s ok!
We can even take photos and record videos to send to worried pet parents and owners at home!
So next time your pet dog, cat or even zebra needs to stay with us overnight don’t worry we will be keeping a close eye!
