Hi everyone......just to let all our clients know we had some info from the vets that there is kennel cough around.
It is an airborne virus and contagious.
Dogs can get it even if they are vaccinated but probly not as bad.
Some home remedies are honey and benelyn cough syrup the red box with codine.
We have taken every precaution possible and also make sure all our kennel dogs have been vaccinated.
We have had a couple unfortunate cases and do hope you understand that its like a cold that gets passed between dogs like humans.
Even dogs blocks away from your house can have it and get passed to your dog.
We also understand for those who have kennel bookings if they rather take another option.
But we do disinfect our kennels daily and hope this is just a mild case that will pass quickly.
