Mount Verde Equestrian is planning on hosting a Barry Taylor clinic. This clinic will be run over two days. We have an option of two date to choose from, 20/21 February or 6/7 March. The Bergview/Mount Verde team attended the Pre-Sa champs show in shongweni. which ended with fantastic results for all the riders that attended.
Saturday 27/07 the 1.30m and the 1.20m attended
Bunty Howard and Little Oak winning both Junior 1.30m classes, Jessica Woollam coming 2nd in both the Junior 1.30 classes and Alice Perrow for jumping two Beautiful rounds.
1.20 Amy Coxon Gilliatt completed her 1st 1.20 and had two beautiful round.
Sunday 28/07 we had the 1.10m down to 0.80m classes, where a number of our riders competed,
90cm Junior Emily Barker and Wolverine got a 2nd and a very unfortunate pole in her 2nd class, Dinah Frey and her new horse Assagai Quantus did their first show together, she had a very lovely 90cm round and a unfortunate pole i her 1m class.
Diya and Cezanne our two newest team members, won both 1.10 junior classes, Tori and CC got a 3rd and had a pole on the last fence in the jump off, Bridget and Teddy received a 4th. Frances Fowler and Zircon had a lovely clear round and an unfortunate pole in her second class.
Hannah Broad and Monte got a 3rd and a 1st in the adult 90cm classes.
Carol Nurden and Pure Life won both adult 1.10m classes.
Jessica Johnson and her new horse Kalamazoo also competed at their first show together, won both her 80cm classes.
