Did you know offer training and socialization for puppies and mature doggies?

/ Nicky is our primary trainer. She is qualified with her level 1 and 2 training qualifications from PetSense and gets some phenomenal results. She’s patient, very knowledgeable, intuitive, and LOVES working with dogs (and humans) of all ages. Sessions are one on one, and start out at your home.

🧡 Ziggy is looking for his forever home 🧡 he’s a 2 year old Yorkie who has spent most of his life boarding at Pooch. If you’re part of our Pooch Fam chances are your doggy is already besties with Ziggy 😂

Unfortunately his family are unable to move him overseas to live with them and would love to find him the perfect home.
He is playful, loves a good ball game, enjoys adventure walkies in the forest, and is a pro at hikes and beach runs. Ziggy loves attention, and would greatly appreciate a spot at the end of your bed. He is crate trained, and beautifully social with other dogs (not tested with cats). He’s a smart little dog with a big, enthusiastic character.
He is quite vocal, but having spent most of his life in a very busy, massively stimulating environment with dogs and people of all shapes and sizes we do think that given the input and time he will settle into a different rhythm of life.
n.wiggles is working with him on some training and behavior to prepare him for a move, and will also be willing to continue helping him settle into his new home once adopted.

Look at DARG's well-behaved pups on their outing at Pooch Doggy Daycare in Hout Bay. They got to meet a few different-looking pooches that we don't have at the shelter. This is so important for their critical period of socialisation. Thank you Pooch for always being so generous with your time and thank you Molly the Schnauzer for being so fantastic with our babies. ♥🐾🐾
