Why is taking your dog out for a walk so important? 🦮🐕‍🦺

It’s not only about “potty breaks” but there are importantly motivators:
🐾 mental stimulation
🦴 physical exercise
🐾 socialization
🦴 behavioural training

If dogs don’t get the outlet and walks they need, there can be behavioural problems which can be destructive. Things like digging, chewing and destroying furniture.

Our favorite part of the day! When your dog or cat gets to bite down on a tasty treat which is beneficial to their overall health 💪🏻

✅ Pork pizzles - the ideal chew for smaller and bigger dogs, keeping your dog occupied and entertained. Very little fat, aids in muscle development with the high protein levels. Also aids in dental health, keeping those gums clean.
✅ Bully sticks - a chewy preoccupation and nutritious supplement. High in protein, low in fat and a great dental aid. Because they can be rather thick, recommended for larger dogs.
✅ Dehydrated sprats - for our beloved cats and dogs! An excellent source of the omega 3 oils. Feed them whole with the skeleton, head, tails etc. they come in at 5-8cm long.
✅ Dehydrated beef trachea - contain nutrients that promote joint health, making them particularly great for older dogs. High in glucosamine, low in fat and a great source of protein. Long lasting treat that keeps them busy for hours.

Remember these treats should always be given as an extra snack on top of their meal and should never replace a meal. It’s important to maintain overall caloric intake from their meals and only 10% from snacks.
