A quick update. Thank you to the handlers so far, who have taken photos from the Nissan Easter Festival fun day. I have taken in R850 which will be going to the SA AWC 2019 team. Please message me the pictures you would like, and will send banking details, then will dropbox the pictures. All proceeds to the SA AWC 2019 team, so please support them. Thanks guys!

An update on money raised overall for S A AWC team so far, up to R7650. Nearly ready with the photos from bumper weekend. It is R100 per handler which will be donated to the team. So potentially another R5000. From my side a very big thank you to all the handlers who always support the team. It is truly appreciated.

Rest and recovery are just as important as training and exercise.

Why?
> Allows physical healing of hidden injuries.
> Improves imbalances caused by repetitive movement.
> Increases enthusiasm & brings mental revitalisation.

What?
> Movements which are totally different from and
less intense than those which your dog usually does, for example, swimming, k9 yoga, hiking, long walks.

When?
> One to three days of complete rest per week
and four to six consecutive weeks of relative rest per year.

To be adapted for the individual.
