I NEED A HOME - CAPE TOWN - Meet young Max. He was found as a stray and never claimed. Although we do not know his age we believe him to be no older than 18 months.

Adorable Max is looking for his forever home. Yes, mischievous and high energy (still such a puppy😊) he has responded so well to training and has become much more obedient (still work to be done though😄). Highly affectionate and loves company and attention. He shadows his foster dad most of the day. He will be ideal for someone who can give him lots of exercise and preferably has a large, secure property, he’s a bit of an escape artist. He's a very alert watchdog too.

GGRC 2024 - OPEN SHOW RESULTS & FEEDBACK (18th AUGUST 2024)

Hi Guys

Just an update on our Open show that was held on Sunday the 18th of August.

We had 24 dogs that took part in the Novice show and a further 9 in the Senior, giving a total of 33 exhibitors.

Our Judge was Salome Graham and our ring steward was Hans Kuilman.

I was glad to see such a strong turnout in the novice show, as this is a conduit for those who have an interest in showing. We may well see three or four new competitors in our championship show on the 15th of next month.

Besides a lot of Goldens, we had a great day. Beautiful rosettes, fantastic raffle prizes, food to die for, and plenty of sustenance in the way of tea, coffee and mineral drinks.

I'd like to thank all who contributed to the day.

Hi Guys...

Our club is having a fun dog show (some refer to it as our 'Open' Show) on the 18th of August at Goldfields Show Grounds - next to Gillooly's Farm in Bedfordview JHB.

All you need is a Goldie and a lead - It can't be more simple than that 😉

We are supplying the judge, rosettes, tea / coffee / snacks and a beautiful venue.
