Unique House and Pet Sitting Services is an upmarket, very professional service committed to providing an exceptional and unparalleled pet, animal and home care service to ensure that the Client has total peace of mind while away! SILVER OPTION: “Casual” pet feeding, cuddling, garden exercise and plant watering for one hour per day

We only employ Sitters who subscribe to our very strict code of practice, are reliable, have proven integrity, and are fit, well, in good shape and well presented. Sitters must be able to demonstrate that they have had either Au Pair or house & pet sitting experience supported by at least two references.

This is how we work:
1. On enquiry we email you our testimonials, rate options (including Scope of Work) and our booking form where you provide us with your home address, dates away, service option required, pet details, whether dog walking is required or not and Sitter preferences.
2. We then allocate a Sitter based on your requirements.
3. We then send you the Client Information Sheet (CIS)which details everything about your pets, home and property.
4. We then send that to the Sitter and arrange for an Orientation Meeting with you and the Sitter at your home so that the Sitter can verify all the info on the CIS and familiarise herself/himself with your pets and the environment.
5. We then send you the Client Contract (which includes sanitisation protocols)) for you to complete and sign, and our invoice for the 50% deposit.
6. The Sitter then arranges the date and time with you to collect the keys and move in.
7. The Sitter sends me a WhatsApp by 7.00 every day with a report on the well-being of the pets and the home, pool etc. and I WhatsApp you a report by 9.00 every day.
8. The Sitter arranges for the date and time of the vacation of the home and the return of the keys.
9. I then invoice you for the balance.
