I’ve never had much faith in Vodacom before, but this really takes the cake.
They allowed some as***le to take out a contract in my mother’s name (she’s not even employed!) she took out a case and went back to Vodacom Greenstone Mall and they said they would cancel the contract. Well, so much for that! She’s still getting bills!
And Capitec bank hasn’t been any help either, they refuse to block the debit order.

Twisty tails Rattery no longer breed rats. Over the last few years my priorities have shifted and time constraints have become too restrictive to be able to provide for these sweet little creatures.
I am still available to give guidance wherever needed, but I am no longer part of the rat community.
