Patches had been at the shelter for a while after having no luck finding a home as a kitten. He became very withdrawn & wary of humans as time went on.

As soon as he found himself in a foster home, Patches was like a different cat! It just shows what a bit of love and extra attention can do🤍

Patches is very affectionate, playful and a purr machine! He also gets along very well with other cats.

Two of the fosters at Cataholics Kitty Shelter need YOUR help to get the dental surgery they desperately need🙏🏻

Buddy and Healy were taken in by our amazing shelter founder, Merien. After multiple courses of antibiotics to try and treat bacterial infections, it was determined that Buddy and Healy both need to get their teeth extracted due to recurring problems. Teeth extraction is relatively common in cats, and cats that undergo this procedure go on to live almost normal, happy and long lives.

Unfortunately, the cost to remove Buddy and Healy's teeth is substantial. Please help us to raise the money to immensely improve Buddy and Healy's quality of life! 🪽

Our donors are the lifeblood of our organisation and without you, changing as many lives as we do would simply not be possible🫶🏻

Cataholics fosters receive the highest quality care possible. All vet visits are covered by the shelter and fosters are kept up to date on their vaccinations, deworming and sterilisations. Vet bills do tend to add up in the winter months, as we typically see less adoptions. Older fosters usually struggle to find homes and there are not too many kittens around in the colder months.
