The Avo Garden is an Urban Farm focused on growing avocado trees with root systems ranging from 500 milliliters to 100 liters.

We make a rich compost out of mostly avocado. We dabble with a few other plants including walnut trees, succulents and veggies.

Back in 2018, we had a dream—one small pip, to be exact. That's when The Avo Garden was born! 🌍 What started as a passion for sustainable gardening and nurturing the earth has blossomed into something far bigger than we ever imagined. After years of digging, planting, and plenty of sunshine (and a few rain showers!), we're excited to share that our hard work is starting to bear fruit—literally!

I just wanted to show you up close what our avo fertilizer compost looks like. Aside from the nutritional value it adds, it has a very lekka aroma. We use it for all the trees and plants we grow: avos, nut, granadilla, succulents and it goes on... R50 a bag. The bag is around cubic decimeters.
