Ivy Road Veterinary Clinic, in association with NORA (Norwood Oaklands Residents Asociation) is running a food drive for the animals and people in need.🙏🏻 As part of Mandela day, we aim to raise at least 67kg of food for dogs and cats, and at least 67 items of non-perishable food for people.

The drive will run from today until 18th July 2024.😁

⭐️ For all matrics and anyone else in need of community service hours. Please contact Taryn from NORA on 0828695528 to find out how this drive can assist you with hours.

IT'S TIME TO GET THOSE TEETH LOOKING SNOW WHITE THIS WINTER 😁❄️

There are many reasons why dental health is exceptionally important for your pets!

- Mouth infections from plaque build up can be painful🥲

- Stinky breathe is not fun when giving kisses🤢

- Infections into tooth roots can result in us having to do tooth extractions🙊

We are in the midst of a cold front with temperatures going into single digits!🥶

Our pets feel the cold too and would love to be inside with their families.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐕🐈

Letting your pets inside does not only protect them from the cold but also keeps them safe from theft and poisoning ☠️😢

An extra bonus is that you'll enhance your bond with your pet! Having our pets around us and included in the family only makes them love us more and strengthens the bond we have with them❤️

Requirements:
• Monday-Friday 12:00 -18:30, Saturday 09:00-12:00 (times non-negotiable).
• Previous experience working in a veterinary practice will be beneficial.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Own reliable transport.
• Good client communication skills.
• A "Can-Do" attitude.
