We at Kungfu Kennels have been breeding Chow Chow’s since the late 1970’s and have endeavored to improve the breed through selective breeding with strong bloodlines of both local and imported bloodlines. The dogs are bred for soundness and good temperament. Our first import in 1978 was from the British Kennel Tauleo, a male puppy Tauleo Ergot Lionell and our next pair of imports was from the Tow

mena Kennels of Rod Oldham in the U.K. We currently have two imports, they are Mei-lings Jewel of Africa of Kungfu from the USA and Rossy Qasimodo of Okzanna from Hungary. Both dogs have good pedigrees and plenty of Champions in their bloodlines. Over the years we have bred many Champion dogs and achieved many Best of Breed Certificates with dogs like Kungfu KobiKing, Acehill Blackboy of Kungfu, Kungfu Blacks Bu Tiful, Lechengjoli Zocha of Kung Fu to name just a few, never mind the many dogs that graced the homes as faithful loving pets and various dogs used by other kennels to further their breeding programs. Although showing of our dogs has taken a back seat over the years, we have never compromised on trying to breed quality CHOW CHOWS with good temperament and soundness.
