It’s laughable when so-called “K9 professionals” in the “aviation sector” parade their credentials, yet haven’t spent a single day on the terminals, landslide or airside.

We’ve seen the peanut gallery boast about “world-class training facilities” with a grand total of five vehicles and ten suitcases to their name. Others churn out students in droves, more sausage factory than elite training. Is this the “world-class standard” they’re touting? Has aviation security, a high-stakes industry, truly traded quality for quantity?

There’s only one K9 unit that stands head and shoulders above the rest: Ours.

With over 20 years of proven experience in airport AVSEC security across the nation, we don’t just talk the talk—we’ve walked the walk, tirelessly safeguarding the skies.

After years of dedicated work, we have a few very special retired detection dogs that are looking for a loving retirement home for their remaining years.

If you would like to apply to adopt one of our retired dogs, please send an email to our kennel master on [email protected] who will send an adoption questionnaire.

Please note that STRICT rehoming procedures will be followed, these are not security dogs that will guard your property, and K9 Law Enforcement reserve all rights to decline an application if we feel that it is not 100% suitable.

We said goodbye to the first 4 dogs who are off to join the Kenyan Special Forces. It’s been one incredibly long haul to make this day possible, and only the absolute best elite dogs were secured for this team.

After testing over 35+ dogs to find only the best across the country, the selected dogs underwent intensive training and the handlers flew in to SA and spent a few weeks working and training alongside their new dogs. We enjoyed seeing these handlers and dogs grow to adore each other and become incredibly efficient at the task at hand. From helicopters, to boats, to tactical training and onto detection, they did it all.

What an incredibly proud moment it was to see the handlers and dogs fly back to Kenya this morning.

Quality over Quantity always.
