🌈🐾 THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE KAWS COLOUR RUN A SPLASHING SUCCESS! 🐾🌈

To everyone who joined us this past Easter Sunday – 52 adults and 36 kids strong – THANK YOU! Your energy, colour, and community spirit helped us raise R8,000 in profit for our animals at KAWS! 🐶💙🐱

A massive shout-out to Totties Country Market for again generously hosting us at their beautiful venue – and to all the volunteers who gave their time, enthusiasm, and colour-throwing arms to make it all happen. 👟💪 Official photographer's photos to follow!

Very friendly male cat (no collar or chip) found in Eastford Glen. Proof of ownership required on collection. We know he has a home as he us very friendly and in excellent condition.

Our family has grown a little bigger & its time to introduce you to the newest KAWS members

For our rottie lovers, we have SASHA, DAKOTA & ZORRO. All beautiful in their own way. Sasha is a Rottie x Hound, around 5 years old. Dakota is approx 8 months old, she is an unclaimed stray. Zorro was surrendered to us in very bad condition, but he has blossomed into an amazing dog.

NERO is also an unclaimed stray. He is small/medium & extremely friendly. He gets along with everyone! He would make the most perfect adventure buddy.

If you are looking for a new pup to join your family, we definitely have one for you.
SID - wire hair terrier cross (male, 8 weeks)
PHOENIX - fluffy beauty (female, 12 weeks)
THUMPER - magical girl with thick, longer hair (female, 10 weeks)
TIN TIN - his Grey coat and green eyes are unique & beautiful (male, 10 weeks)
All pups will be medium sized when fully grown.

Our two newest cats are CROOKSHANKS & EDIE - both unclaimed strays, both young, and both super cuddly and ready for a spot in your home.

4 years ago, Saffron was adopted as a kitten - she lived in a home with other pets and children until she and her two cat siblings were surrendered to us due to owner allergies ❤️‍🩹

Her brother, Charlie, and sister, Jazz, have since been re-adopted and we know Saffron would want nothing more but to be the next one with a lucky ticket into the hearts and home of a wonderful family 🥰

This boy was found in town a few days ago. No collar or chip, but in very good condition. Please share him everywhere. Speak to the car guards you interact with whilst out shopping. So often these dogs are owned by car guards or fishermen and they don't come to KAWS to look for their missing pets.

We need to get him home. He is the sweetest boy and definitely has a good owner.

Sweet, sweet Jasmine. This girl is pure love! 🌸🩷

639 days ago Jasmine was surrendered to us - you’d think in all this time, she’d have found herself a forever home… unfortunately not. More often than not, our big dogs are overlooked for a sweet, fluffy puppy - leaving lovely dogs like Jasmine waiting, and waiting, and waiting… ⏰

Now is her time! ✨ Jasmine is 4 years old, gets on well with everyone - froths for a cuddle (as you can see) and loves to be treated like the little queen she is!

She really would make the most excellent family dog. She is kind, gentle and incredibly sweet-natured. 🐾 if you’ve been thinking of expanding your family with a 4-legged friend, then Jazzy is your girl!

MISSING

Sabrina went missing from her brand new home by the Epilepsy Centre on Rio Street on Saturday. She got spooked by a loud noise and bolted into the bushes.

She's a timid cat and doesn't know the area at all. She's likely very scared, and may run away if approached.

We think she's probably hiding, so if you live in the area, please check your property - garages, outbuildings, any nooks and crannies a cat could squeeze into.

Winter is coming, and what better to meet it than tea, warm blankets and cuddly kittens!

CHAI, CHAMOMILE, BOBA and ICE TEA are 9-10 weeks old, and ready for their forever homes. These sweet kittens are friendly, playful and happy to be held.

Because they're so young, they should be adopted in pairs, or go to a home with another young cat or kitten.
