To educate the public on the welfare and proper management of their animals concerning health, diet, overall care giving and maintenance. To provide the necessary aid and assistance in situations where owners and animals are in dire need. VISION
A World wherein there is not an overpopulation of animals. A World where every animal has an excellent home and can be provided with all the care it needs. A World where animals are respected and well cared for by humans.
