Let’s talk about winter colic!

This time of year carries a higher risk for horses and colic for a few reasons:
🐴 Horses are spending more time in their stables
🐴They may be getting less forage through less time in the field
🐴Water is less appetising to them as it is cold
🐴With less turnout time, horses may be eating more concentrate feed
