or puppies will only be re-homed if we are presented with the mother’s sterlilisation certificate and we have space available to do so. There are only so many homes available and therefor can not take in the public’s unwanted animals and their unplanned litters. Strays as well as your personal animals must be taken to your local S.P.C.A. Your animals are your responsibility. We understand that having pets sterilised is expensive, but it is part of being a responsible pet owner. HOW CAN YOU HELP:
Please open your homes and hearts to a rescued pet, and make adoption the only option! We also welcome the public to foster a homeless pet. We selling anything from A-Z to help raise much needed funds. Please donate good quality pre-love clothes, furniture, appliances, bedding, curtains etc. that we can sell online or at auction is most welcome! We are always in need of pet food, bedding and toys. Remember Hope? The mange and malnourished mommy dog and her 8 newborn puppies... Well, we are happy to report that they are now available for adoption! Her puppies are all super cute and friendly, and sure to bring any household much joy and happiness. Hope on the other hand has had an extremely hard life 😢 physically she is SO MUCH better, however she can still be wary of strangers, and it take her a bit to gain your trust. She is such a soft and gentle natured girlie, who has been an extremely good mommy, surely she is also worthy of happy home? Not a single application for our old boy Levi 😢 Levi he was adopted from us as a young dog, and then returned 9 years later because his owner moved to an estate that don't allow big dogs. He is a sweet natured male Ridgeback x Boerboel who is used to being in a home, so living back at the sanctuary is simply not fair on him. Could you offer Levi a safe space to retire in? As with all SaturGrey Oldies Club members, the adoption fee has been reduced to just R400 (he is already sterilized, vaccinated, dewormed and will get a microchip) * Standard adoption procedures apply. Well done team! Our kennel staff Phineas and Elvis found a jackal caught in a snare on the property boarding the sanctuary. They alerted our vets JP and Michelle who quickly set to work to free her.
