GRAPHIC IMAGES: Our Senior Inspector attended to a cruelty investigation yesterday and found this pitbull. The collar cut into the neck and caused tremendous suffering. The dog was removed under the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962 and taken to a veterinarian for treatment. A case of Animal Cruelty will be opened and investigated. This is what happens when you give puppies to a "good home"
