**NB Please note the following terms:**
* Check in for boarding is between 6-9am Mon - Fri & Saturday 8-9am ;
* Sundays and public holidays we are Closed for check in/out
* Boarding is R250 per night
* R155 is charged for day of collection if collected between 3-6pm.
* There is No charge for day of collection if collected between 6-9am
* Grooming can be arranged for day of collection.
*Unfortunately NO unsterilised dogs can be Accommodated
* Please upload your pups most recent vaccination card onto the check in form along with
proof of tick and flea treatment
* Deworming will be administered upon check in to make sure all our guests stay parasite free and the Furry Kidz environment stays clean (this will be added to your account)
* Bookings will lapse within 7 days without 50% payment.
* Please remember to bring your furkids food and treats for their stay in an air tight container.
* Furry Kidz has an abundance of Blankets, beds and bowls, but you may bring a comfort from home if you desire

**In order to confirm your booking**

*The invoice will be generated once this form is submitted
- Of which 50% payment is due upon booking to confirm your boarding booking.
- The further 50% balance is due upon arrival for your pooches stay.
- Pease reference with your invoice number and send through your proof of payment to confirm your booking.

**Boarding Cancellation Policy.**
•25% of full boarding fee upon cancellation 30 – 16 days prior to date of arrival.
•50% of full boarding fee upon cancellation 16 - 7 days prior to date of arrival.
•If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of an early departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
