Broshacarm Kennels and Cattery is a family run business that has been in existence for over forty years. It was started by Pam Sprong who bred German Shepherds and Norwegian Elkhounds , who then went on to include boarding facilities for dogs and cats. The emphasis of the kennels has always been that it must be home away from home for all pets that stay here. All kennels are fully heated and diets
are meticulously followed as per the guardians instructions. Checking is done throughout the day and medications are given where needed. We only take a limited amount of dogs and cats to ensure that they all get individual attention.The kennel run is very large and each kennel is let out separately numerous times throughout the day to exercise on the lawns. Carmen, Pam`s daughter assisted in the kennels from the age of six years old and from 1989 became a full time employee. Carmen is a qualified ttouch practitioner for domestic animals and recently obtained her diploma in animal healing under Elizabeth Whiter. Our staff are highly trained and some have been with us for over twenty years. All kennel staff are full time employees and no staff are hired at random even during our extremely busy periods. All animals are very special to us and our motto will always be that the kennel experience for dogs and cats must be "Home away From Home."
