Why taking Dex or Luther at this age (4months)....

🐾They are totalle vaccinated - everything even the rabies booster. Their next vaccination is only in December 2025 💉

🐾They are already house trained 💩😁

🐾 They are 70% done with obedience training 👌

🐾 they are very loving, very good companion and best friend to kids.

🐾 Dex has a short tail so no broken glasses 🍷 & the men will be safe 🤣🙈

🐾 they are waiting for you...for a loving home❤️

Im selling my property with the kennels / Doggy Hotel AND The Storage Facility. My dogs & Pleasure Dane's are not for sale and will be going with me.
Ive been so blessed in the 14 years that I stayed on this property.
The kennels and hotel are perfect for breeders, Vets, doggy Day Care, Doggy Hotel, salon & trainers. Also absolutely perfect for a shelter or so.
The Storages are 100% full and been going for 10years. Very nice stable income and business.
There is much more to the property like the shop and the house but it also has loads of potential 😁
Im sharing it here as I have lots of followers, most of you have been to my property and might know of interested people.
