When and Where:
1. MORNINGSIDE: Saturday mornings:
Puppy Class for puppies (9 weeks till 6 months) at 8:30am till 9:30am .
Home Obedience (older than 6 months) from 10:00am – 11:00am.
Hoopers/ Fun Agility from 11am till 12pm.
2. KLOOF WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS
Home Obedience or Rally Obedience from 5pm to 6pm
Hoopers/ Fun Agility from 4pm to 5 pm

𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗴?
📆 This is usually the time of the year new four legged family members make their way into their new homes.
🐾 Most families love the prospect of including their new doggy in all their family activities and outings.
🤯 However, before you rush out with your new dog, take a moment to think about how overwhelming things may be.
💬 The 3-3-3 rule suggests that it takes a dog 3 days to detox the stress of a new home, 3 weeks to feel more comfortable and 3 months to trust their new pet parents.
☝🏽 Whilst this isn’t always the case and just a general rule, it does make some sense.
🧘‍♀️ Spend the first few days relatively quiet with your dog. Show them the basic routine and try to keep things really calm.
👉🏽 As they begin to settle in, spend the next few weeks solidifying that routine and getting to know who they are and what makes them tick.
🤝 Trust takes time. The following months should be about building that trust and being their advocate.
🐾 Go slow, take it easy, and remember this is a super overwhelming time for them and you.
