The retired horses and ponies at Bexton Park are living their golden years in absolute comfort. From our faithful old companions to those who once competed at the highest levels, each one enjoys the same premium care as our current young athletes. Their care includes pampered grooming, unlimited hay, ample space to roam, and nightly stabling with as many meals a day as they need. Gorgeous 8 year old mare under saddle with super intelligence, lovely movement and already showing great talent for jumping. 2 years off the track. Slightly green as she had a foal first but very willing and clever under saddle, learning very quickly. R40 000

Limited Opportunity for Young Horses – From Weanlings to Backing Age

We are offering a select opportunity for owners of weanlings to unbacked horses to join our carefully managed youngstock program. With ample space available, your youngster will grow up in a small, controlled herd, receiving the best of both worlds—socializing with peers and individual specialised care. Stabled at night, brought in for lunch, and regularly handled, your horse will be well-prepared for a smooth, stress-free backing experience.

All young horses in our program receive the same high-end care as top competition horses. They are exposed to a variety of environments and experiences, ensuring they become calm, confident, and well-adjusted when it’s time to be ridden.

At Bexton Park, your horse has options: a large group herd paddock, a smaller group of 2-4 horses, or solo paddocking if they’re more of an introvert🤭

There’s no limit to hay or feed—if your horse needs it, they’ll get it! Our night grooms are on hand to give the 4th, 5th, or even 6th meals, as well as ensuring that every horse is tucked in safe and sound.

Our spacious layout and stable design, with sightlines that allow horses to see far into the distance, cater to their instincts as prey animals, helping them feel secure at all times.
