Meet Amelia.
She's the newest member of The Blue Donkey Sanctuary Family.

She was left at my Gate..
I suspect she was dropped off..

She recently had puppies when I took her in, and both her tendons in her back legs have been severed, she has been to the vet and she is in fairly good condition.

She will be sterilized in the next week or so..

It's the Most beautiful Morning, it's hard to describe my Joy, that feeling of absolute peace...

It took me a few days to get the strength to write this.. cause I knew once it's written it is real.. and that's hard...
My sweet Betty passed away this week ...
She turned 20 years old beginning March and she lived a long happy healthy life after being Rescued at 3 weeks old...

I feel so privileged to have spent the last 20 years in this beautiful creature's company.
Betty I miss you every day...
