☀️🐾 Summer is heating up, but your pet’s raw meals don’t have to! Follow these thawing tips to keep their food fresh and safe this summer:

1. Thaw inside the fridge, never outdoors—hot temperatures can spoil nutrients and introduce bacteria.
2. Plan ahead and portion meals to avoid waste or the need to rush.
3. Serve meals at room temperature or chilled if it’s a very hot day. They’ll love it.

😿 Losing a pet is heartbreaking. We have just recently experienced this and wanted to share and spread some awareness. If your cat goes missing, here’s what you can do:

1. Search Nearby: Cats often stay close to home in the beginning - check hiding spots, garages, and under cars. Do this at night as less cars and noise means your cat will be roaming the streets again.
2. Spread the Word: Share on local social groups and post flyers with a clear photo and contact info.
3. Use Familiar Scents: Leave out food, their favourite blanket, their litterbox, or even your clothing to help guide them back.

Your furry friend’s return is just a step away. 💕 Let’s bring them home safely.

Follow our simple 5-step guide for a no mess, no waste and no fuss thaw-and-serve experience! Step 1 - Remove the frozen serving from your freezer to prep for tomorrow’s meals. Step 2 - While still frozen, use scissors or a knife to cut the packaging open. If you attempt to do this when the product is thawed, it will be messy. Step 3 - Put the raw food in a container in your fridge to begin thawing. This is the best and recommended method of thaw. Step 4 - Once thawed, mix all the contents together, including the thawed juice as this contains additional nutrients. Step 5 - Serve as required and do not leave out for extended periods of time. Ultimately prepare your meal the way it best works for you. Please note raw food will spoil if left unrefrigerated for extended periods. Make sure to clean all equipment including working surface and wash your hands before and after preparing the meals.
