The Muffin Man will be 8 years old on 28 Nov. Here he is afew hours old, born sat 28 Nov 2015 at 9h15 Completely beaten by his Mom. About to give up as he had no milk to drink. But he made it.
.we don't give up too easy on our horses at K-Rides.

His got such a wild story to tell, filled with love, tears, sadness and success.

Its a magical real life fairytale.

To take on a riding job over the holidays Is such a noble thing to do. To help another is humbling, to give your time is priceless.

We have many fine young ladies at K-Rides but today you made my heart smile.

The Muffin Man maybe 8 hours old and totally abandoned by his mother.. she tried to get rid of this poor little baby. Kicked him in his face and broke his nasal passage when he tried to suckle when he was like 2 hours old .. We removed him, gave him a teddy bear and a serogate mother. Respect to that mare, I tried to save her but wasn't allowed. We owe her big time. Thank you Savanna...we will always be thankful for your help.

And The Muffin Man will be 8 years old on 28 Nov...he had a spoilt childhood..we tried to compensate and created a little terror !!! He had all sorts of illnesses because he didn't get mother's milk. As a result he slept in my bed for 2 nights - o lord what a mess... but it worked !!!

His now living his best life as a Barbie horse for Oret, he gets to try on many different outfits and eats ready made fresh makes from her regularly..his landed with his bum in the butter that's for sure.

At 17.3 hands his a gorgeous sports horse with loads of potential ...

What a story my boy...and his now living with his mother who was very sorry for her bad behavior. Well she's a red head...and still the best mare ever at 23 years old.

She still runs the herd with an iron fist and still beats those youngsters at a gallop up the hill...or maybe they just afraid to pass her by because she's a feisty beautiful redhead that kicks.

Never a dull moment at K-Rides..

Our Sunday Moss & Maple Lunch ride is open for the public to join. It's roughly 4 hours long which includes roughly an hour for lunch. We do ofcourse do lots of trotting and a bit of cantering so I wouldn't say it's a ride for beginners.
