So far we see strong colonies for this season which is great for a good honey harvest 🐝🐝

Our Hive is ready for its new colony to expand into! 🐝🐝🐝🐝😁

Inside it contains the wax fitted frames along with the inner board and the altered entrance. 😁 Let's hope they like their new home! 😁

Our in-house wax sheets have been fitted into the frames that will be used in our new box for when we move our growing colony to a bigger Beehive 🐝

We recycle our wax that comes from abandoned hives or removals, by doing this it gives the colonies a great boost in their growth! 🐝🐝🐝🐝

It looks like our newest colony is ready for a bigger home! 😁

What you see here is a term we call "bearding", it is when the colony hangs outside of the box during the day due to limited space and too much heat.

These are signs of the box needing an expansion in the very near future! 🙂🐝

Finally had the time to do some alterations to the entrances of our new boxes, I managed to reduce the entrance size along with adding a landing pad for the bees to assist in their return and departure. 🐝🐝

This was an inspection done to our latest addition to the apiary. 🐝🐝 They have been working well and have come a long way since they were moved into this 5frame nuc box. 📦

We can see loads of capped brood which means this Queen is working well, with a really neat brood pattern. 😎🥳🐝

Our latest colony catch was placed into our 5 frame nuc box, this past Sunday was truly a hot day and as you can see, they have some bees designated to Fan into the hive to regulate the heat inside of the hive! 🐝🐝🐝
