She has had a record number of shares, meaning we all care greatly about her and wish for her to be adopted soon.

OKI was brought in as a lost dog in January 2017. He was estimated to be about 7 years old at the time, born approx 2010. Oki was never claimed- and over 6 years later is STILL looking for his forever home. He is a friendly, energetic golden oldie who is dog social. He is not cat friendly.

ALASKA was found starving, dangerously skinny, and covered in mange nearby a small shop in the Greenbushes area. Lured in by some delicious vetkoek, Alaska was rescued and bought to SAP where she had many months to heal and blossom into the happy and hyper lovebug we now know. She is extremely friendly with people as well as other animals, and she loves her bff Marshal: another dog of ours who goes on regular walks with Alaska.

BALOO was only 3 weeks old when he and his six siblings arrived from Mission Road. Their mother was not producing enough milk and her pups were starving, a situation which was soon rectified. Baloo was adopted as a pup and returned 6 months later through no fault of his own. He is wary of strangers, and needs a bit of time to check out a new situation before letting his happy chappy personality shine through. He can live with dogs, and prefers teens and up. No cats.

Please consider giving Baloo a second chance at homelife.

RANVEER (male, born approx 25 July 2019) and his sister Aishwarya were a pair adopted as puppies but sadly in mid 2024 find themselves back at the shelter through no fault of their own. The pair can be homed together or separately to the right homes. The pair have grown up alongside each other, a cat, and chickens. They are friendly with other dogs and children. This loving and well natured duo does need extra medical care due to joint issues.
