𝙐𝙍𝙂𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙃𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙉𝙀𝙀𝘿𝙀𝘿
WE are feeling absolutely defeated to report that this handsome fella is STILL waiting and his time is running out. Our shelter is absolutely bursting and we simply don’t know what to do. Poor 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙘𝙝 (𝘼𝙙𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙙!) had his hopes dashed after receiving a promising application which never materialized after waiting WEEKS on end – all for nothing.

290 Days since I last saw my owner, since I last slept in my bed and comfort of a home! 290 Days of wondering when my family will come and find me and just how long it will take to see me! I have not given up hope, but I do live every day as if it’s my last because I do not know how much time I will still be given when there are so many just like me who also deserve a chance! I am only 2.5 years old and still have so much to give and so much living to do, but I can’t imagine spending it here at the shelter, or worse yet, have it clipped short because there is no more time! I am a good boy, I promise. I adore my friends and have all the love in the world for my humans and I have even learnt how to walk on a leash. I just need someone to give me a chance – can you help me?

25 September update

Adopted.

6 weeks old male. Verry sweet nature. . Vacinated and dewormed. Mommy x breed, daddy Rottweiler. R950 Incl vacs and neuter. House check applies.

On behalf of the owners.

Before any snotty judgemental comments, this way he will not just go to the first person who wants a big dog, the owners will surrender him if I cannot help find a home in the next few days.

Please any rescues willing to assist in finding an adopter, without him having to wait in kennels, you help would be appreciated.

This young man, Bear, (boerbul), needs a new home. Sadly.

Reason is thay, he needs more space and stimulation than his family can give him. He deserves a bigger place. Walks and time. Only issue is he does not share food.

Child friendly, dog friendly, cat friendly. Not trained. Needs a human with lots of space and kindness to take him out and about.

He will only go on a house check and a current vet reference, proof of income and cost of the neuter. (adoption fee)!!!

Shelters need Rescue Groups,
Rescue Groups need Foster Homes.
BOTH need adopters... but there aren't enough homes for them all.
Our only option is to spay and neuter!

Donations, no matter how small, will help us to help them.
