All in a days work ~ We do whatever it takes, to help animals in need!
Meet little Squeak🐾😺 who was trapped in a cat trap (kindly loaned from Cat Care Port Elizabeth) last night in a stormwater drain. Just in time too, before the rain came down! ☔

Her rescue is thanks to a community of caring people who heard little squeaks coming from a neighbourhood drain and called for assistance.
Special thanks to the NMBM fire department who tried but alas little squeaks was too scared to approach....a trap was the only answer.

Thanks to our team, Vet Assistant Mwamba and Inspector Edward who braved climbing in and out of the drain, baiting, setting and retrieving the trap to rescue dear little Squeak! We salute and appreciate you all!🐾🙏🐱

𝙊𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧-𝙏𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙩 is a sweet little teen who was found in Walmer along with his brother, who has since been adopted. He has the whole world at his paws and we would hate for him to spend his days at a shelter. Oliver-Twist is a fun and playful boy would love to have a little friend to keep him company. He has been waiting since December and it breaks our hearts to see this sweet boy being overlooked time and time again!

𝙐𝙍𝙂𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙃𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙉𝙀𝙀𝘿𝙀𝘿! Poor Pedro is having a real hard time without the company of humans and it’s starting to show, the stress and boredom of being in a cage has made him lick his hind leg to the point of hairloss – but despite the lampchop look of his leg, he is a healthy boy, just super lost without human company. Can you help us find Pedro and his brother, Ferdi the loving home they so richly deserve?

𝙎𝙥𝙮 is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd X boy who has been waiting forever and a day! He shared his pen with Lady Grey the Dane, who has been adopted and we hope he will follow suit. It breaks our hearts to see some dogs eagerly wait, day after day, months at a time for their lucky day to arrive. Spy is a gentle soul and extremely loving and affectionate once he trusts you. He is a social boy who gets along with other dogs and absolutely LOVES beach walks. Can you help us make his biggest wish come true?

𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙚 - really just short for sublime of course, because that is what this boy is, nothing short of sublime. He is sadly another result of careless pet ownership resulting in unwanted litters… surrendered as a tiny puppy, and now 9-months-old and still waiting for a shot at happiness. Lime is just one of hundreds just like him and if people don’t sterilize their pets, this cycle will continue and good boys like Lime, will pay the price. We truly hope to change his life – he is a sweet and social boy who adores his toys! He deserves a chance too and can’t wait to me you….
