This Sunday morning, 23 March on my way from The Wilds pet sitting to a pet sitting in Lynnwood, I saw while driving, this bewildered doggy running past 2 joggers in Glenwood road, a cyclist, some cars passed, including many key board warriors (as saw later on social media) who saw her, but no one actually took time to HELP her in that very moment.
I'm not a jogger, lol, but this baby was a pro runner, so it took driving after her, stopping numerous times to eventually where she sat in these bushes, where her owner was contacted, I stayed by her side until her owner fetched her soon afterwards.

Blessed to have been at the right place & time to help Bella, as sadly many saw her, but we're too busy, distracted etc. to bother to physically help her

Let's be kind, selfless, responsible humans who take the right ACTion at the right time.

We had a bush baby in our house on Saturday early morning, 22 March 🤗
Called the Wild Life rehabilitation centre to come collect the bush baby.

*Steps to follow when wild life is in your house*

🌻. Keep all pets away
🌻. Close windows, door where the wild animal is
🌻. Call Wild life rehabilitation centre
+27 84 555 5665 Pretoria East area (find contact for your area)
save this number on your contact list for easy & quick access.
🌻. Determine if the wild animal has been injured. If injured take to the vet.
🌻. Ensure minimum distraction & quiet
🌻. Best is to NOT handle the wild animal

In this case with the bush baby, I carefully picked him/her up (I'm experienced with animals) to put inside a cat carrier, as they require a dark & safe space. Carefully listened & followed the further instructions provided* by the rescue volunteer.
