Billy Boy, a 3 year old male cat had severe gingivostomatitis. He was in a lot of pain. Thanks to the amazing Dr Judith, whom specializes in dental procedures and dental health, Billy is now pain-free and much happier! He is also eating well and with ease again.

A message by the owners:

Thank you, Garsfontein Veterinary Clinic, for the fantastic service provided on the full mouth teeth extraction surgery done on Billy Boy. It was a pleasant experience from the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up consultations. The Garsfontein Veterinary Clinic Teams (referred to as heroes hereon forward) was knowledgeable on the status/condition on Billy Boy, very helpful, friendly, and most importantly entrusting comfort and trust in their handling of our beloved pet. The heroes ensured that my daughter was kept up to speed with Billy's recovery through video recordings and explaining the whole procedure to her on a level that she understood and had trust and comfort with. What about the patient? Whilst Billy would be stressed out and panicky at other vets, it was surprisingly evident how relaxed he was throughout the consultation and recovery process. This, in turn, assisted the heroes with him being relaxed and, as such compliant to what they need to do.

I am truly grateful for the friendly, entrusted, and cost-effective service rendered by Dr Casper, Dr Judith, and the remaining Garsfontein Veterinary Clinic team. From the bottom of my, my daughter's, and from Billy's hearts - a sincere thank you, heroes.
